INGREDIENTS
- 1 tub QUOgurt (coconut kefir yogurt)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
- 2 TBLS almond butter
- 2 TBLS coffee beans
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (more if you like it sweeter)
- 2 tsp raw cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
- Add QUOgurt, coconut milk, almond butter, coffee beans, vanilla extract, honey / maple syrup into a food processor or Vitamix.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pulse in cacao nibs.
- Sprinkle toasted coffee beans, chocolate chips, or raw cacao nibs and cinnamon in ice pop / popsicle mould (we used silicon square ice mould here)
- Pour mixture into ice mould.
- Place popsicle stick into each mould.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy!
