Coconut Cappuccino Popsicle

QUOgurt Cappuccino Popsicle
An unexpectedly delicious combination that will definitely satisfy both your sweet tooth and coffee cravings! This recipe uses our creamy QUOgurt (coconut kefir yogurt), which means adding natural probiotics to a sweet treat! 
Yes, killing THREE birds with one stone. How AWESOME is that? 

Here's how!

  • 1 tub QUOgurt (coconut kefir yogurt) 
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 2 TBLS almond butter 
  • 2 TBLS coffee beans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (more if you like it sweeter)
  • 2 tsp raw cacao nibs 


  1. Add QUOgurt, coconut milk, almond butter, coffee beans, vanilla extract, honey / maple syrup into a food processor or Vitamix. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pulse in cacao nibs.  
  4. Sprinkle toasted coffee beans, chocolate chips, or raw cacao nibs and cinnamon in ice pop / popsicle mould (we used silicon square ice mould here)
  5. Pour mixture into ice mould.
  6. Place popsicle stick into each mould. 
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours. 
  8. Enjoy!
