Spirulina QUOgurt Marble Bowl

Personally not a big fan of spirulina, because of the taste. However, many have told us they are a true believer / a diligent user of spirulina*, because it's THE superfood. That's why we put in extra effort in creating a smoothie bowl that incorporates spirulina, yet still making it tasty.

- 1 tub QUOgurt (150g)
- 1 frozen banana - slices make it easier to blend
- 1 cup frozen spinach or raw spinach
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 TBLS flaxseed meal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- your favorite toppings
- 1 scoop (~15-20g) plant protein powder of your choice
- 3 dates (pitted) - if you generally like it a bit sweeter
DIRECTIONS
- Set aside half a tub of QUOgurt.
- Add the remaining half tub of QUOgurt, and all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Pour green mixture into a serving bowl.
- Pour the half tub of plain QUOgurt into the serving bowl.
- Mix / swirl until green surfaces. Swirl until your desired marble pattern.
- Top with your favorite toppings. We used coconut flakes here to keep it simple.
