Watermelon QUOlixir Smoothie
Need a ULTRA effective hydration smoothie idea? Here's our recipe to your rescue! WATERMELON - some might think it's a rather bland fruit, and despite the popular belief that watermelon is made up of water and sugar. It's become a SUMMER fruit for good reasons! It is actually so full of healthy minerals that can serve as a natural source of "sports drink", very much like coconut water.
It's rich in lycopene (the antioxidant most commonly associated with tomatoes). The amino acid L-citrulline contained in watermelon has been shown to reduce muscle soreness. Choline, which is rich in watermelon aids us to sleep better, and combats inflammation. The benefits are countless!
Now... for those of you who are not watermelon fans, wouldn't you want to give this mighty frust another shot? Watermelon lovers - this is a MUST-TRY!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bottle QUOlixir
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp dehydrated coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
For garnish :
- 2 wedges fresh watermelon
- your favorite toppings
DIRECTIONS
- Add watermelon chunks, QUOlixir, chia seeds, dehydrated
- coconut flakes and hemp seeds into blender.
- Pour into a glass mug or jar.
- Garnish with watermelon wedges and your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy!
