Starting in September, we will be moving our Kennedy Town pick-up point next door from CrossFit Asphodel to their brand new cafe Asphodeli (Ground Floor, 22 Praya, Kennedy Town).Asphodeli will also be stocking QUO goodies! Yes, your all-time favorite QUOnola and QUOnola Red obvi, as well as QUOlixirs!!
Come by, grab some nutritious food and drinks to fuel your daysss!!! They open at 6:45am during the week, and at 8am on Saturday! What a treat for us EARLY-BIRDS, rrrright???
